Terms of Service
Effective 16 October 2026 · Version 5
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Autogenic Labs LLC ("Autogenic Labs", "we", "us" or "our"), which operates StreetKit. By opening a StreetKit link or code, viewing or downloading photos, leaving your contact details, joining the waitlist on streetkit.app, or using the StreetKit app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
2. What StreetKit is
StreetKit is a tool for photographers. A photographer tethers a camera to the StreetKit app, the app uploads the photos to our servers, and the photographer shares a code or link with the people they photographed. Opening that link shows the photos from that session, first as previews and then in full quality as the files finish uploading, and lets you download them. The website at streetkit.app describes the app and takes email addresses for a waitlist (section 8). The service integrates third-party providers, and we may change, add or remove features over time.
Two kinds of people use the service. "Photographers" take the photos and run the app. "Guests" are the people in the photos who open a code or link. Most of these Terms apply to both; section 11 applies to photographers only.
Autogenic Labs provides the platform. The photographer is an independent person or business, not our employee or agent. Any arrangement between you and the photographer, including about payment, prints, edits or how the photos may be used beyond this license, is between you and them.
3. Who may use the service
Anyone with a valid code or link may view and download the photos in that group. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to leave your email address, name or mobile number, to join the waitlist, or to use the StreetKit app.
4. Codes and links
A StreetKit code is a link. Anyone who opens it sees the photos in that group, so only pass it on to people who were part of the session. The photographer may replace or disable a link at any time, and we may disable links that are being misused. Your browser remembers which groups you have opened with a cookie; clearing your browser data forgets them, and you will need the link again.
5. The photos: copyright and your license
The photographer who took a photo owns the copyright in it, or has the rights needed to share it through the service. Nothing in these Terms transfers that copyright to you or to us.
For each photo shared with you through the service, the photographer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to view, download, save, print and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. That includes keeping copies, sharing them with family and friends, and posting them to your own personal social media accounts.
The license does not let you sell the photos, license them to anyone else, use them in advertising or for any other commercial purpose, enter them in competitions as your own work, use them to train machine learning systems, or remove or alter any watermark, credit or embedded information, unless the photographer agrees.
The photographer may end the license for a photo by removing it from the service. Copies you already downloaded for personal use are not affected, unless we or the photographer tell you that the photo was removed because of a complaint, in which case you agree to stop sharing it.
6. Photos taken in public
Photos on the service are usually taken in public places, where photography is generally lawful and where there is normally no expectation of privacy, and are shared with the people in them at the photographer's choice.
The photographer is responsible for taking the photos lawfully, for getting any consent or release the law or their own use requires, and for how they use the photos outside the service. Autogenic Labs hosts the photos on the photographer's behalf; we do not take them, select them or review them before they are shared, and we are not a party to any dispute between a photographer and a person in a photo.
7. Taking a photo down
If you are in a photo and do not want it on StreetKit, you can ask for it to be removed. Email support@streetkit.app with the link to the photo or group and a short description of which photo you mean, or ask the photographer directly. We may ask you to confirm that you are the person in the photo.
We will remove the photo from the service within a reasonable time and will tell the photographer that it was removed. Removal takes the photo off our servers; it does not reach copies the photographer keeps on their own camera or computer, which we do not control, and it does not reach copies that other guests already downloaded. You can also ask us to remove every photo in a group that you are in, or to delete your contact details (see the Privacy Policy).
The photographer can remove any photo or close any group at any time, and we do not guarantee that any photo will remain available.
8. Your contact details and notifications
Leaving your contact details is optional, and it is not a condition of viewing or downloading your photos.
If you leave your email address, or continue with Google, we may email you about the photos in your groups, such as when full quality files and edits are ready, and about StreetKit. Each email we send tells you how to stop them. Your name and email address are also shared with the photographer who took your photos, who may email you for their own purposes under their own privacy practices, not ours (see the Privacy Policy, section 6).
Text messages
If you add your mobile number, you consent to receive automated text messages from StreetKit, sent by Autogenic Labs on the photographer's behalf, about the photos in your groups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of using the service.
To stop, reply STOP to any message, or remove your number on your StreetKit page. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. For help, reply HELP or email support@streetkit.app. Messages are supported on the major U.S. carriers, who are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.
Waitlist on streetkit.app
If you leave your email address on streetkit.app, we may email you about StreetKit, including when the app is released. Every email tells you how to stop them, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time by emailing support@streetkit.app.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the service to break any law; harm, harass, threaten or defraud a photographer, a guest or anyone else; share a code or link with people who were not part of the session, or publish one; download photos in bulk by any means other than the download buttons on the page; try to reach photos, groups or contact details that are not yours; upload or share content you do not have the rights to use; interfere with or circumvent the service or its security; or use the photos outside the license in section 5. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
10. No reverse engineering
You may not, and may not permit or assist any person or automated agent to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying structure, ideas or algorithms of the service or any of its software or APIs, except to the limited extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law; (b) copy, reproduce, re-create or build a competing or substantially similar product or service based on the service or its design, components or behavior; (c) scrape, harvest or systematically extract the service's interfaces, photos or content other than through the features the service provides; (d) circumvent, disable or interfere with security, rate-limiting or access-control features; or (e) remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notices. These restrictions are a material term of these Terms and survive termination.
11. If you are a photographer
This section applies when you use the StreetKit app or the photographer side of the service.
- You own, or have the rights needed to share, every photo you upload, and sharing it through the service does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.
- You are responsible for taking photos lawfully, including any consent, release or notice the law where you shoot requires, and for how you use the photos outside the service.
- You grant the people in your photos the license in section 5, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, display and serve your photos and profile as needed to operate, secure and improve the service, including through our infrastructure providers. The license lasts as long as needed to provide the service and does not give us ownership.
- You will respond to removal requests from people in your photos in good faith, and you accept that we may remove photos under section 7 or at our discretion.
- Contact details that guests leave are shared with you. You are independently responsible for how you use, store and share them: for having your own privacy practices where the law requires them, and for complying with the laws that apply to your messages, including honoring unsubscribe and opt-out requests. You will not use a guest's mobile number for marketing or text them without the consent the law requires.
- You are responsible for the account token on your device and for all activity under it. Keep your access secure and contact us promptly if you believe it has been used without authorization.
12. Our rights in the service
The service, including the app, the website, our software, APIs, design and the StreetKit name and branding, is owned by Autogenic Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property rights to you.
13. Apple App Store (iOS app)
This section applies when you use the StreetKit app for iOS downloaded from the Apple App Store, and supplements the rest of these Terms. For your use of the iOS app, if anything in this section conflicts with another part of these Terms, this section controls.
- Acknowledgement. These Terms are an agreement between you and Autogenic Labs LLC only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Autogenic Labs LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content. Your use of the app must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Scope of license. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the app may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- Maintenance and support. Autogenic Labs LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services for the app. Reach us at support@streetkit.app.
- Warranty. Autogenic Labs LLC is solely responsible for any product warranties for the app, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are the sole responsibility of Autogenic Labs LLC.
- Product claims. Autogenic Labs LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to an applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
- Intellectual property claims. If a third party claims that the app or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Autogenic Labs LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Developer contact. Direct questions, complaints or claims about the app to Autogenic Labs LLC at support@streetkit.app, or by mail at Autogenic Labs LLC, 8 The Green #10484, Dover, DE 19901, USA.
- Third-party terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the app, such as your wireless data service agreement.
- Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they apply to your license of the app. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right, and will be deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
14. Copyright complaints
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe a photo on the service infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, send a written notice with your signature, the work you believe is infringed, the link to the material, your contact details, a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them, to our designated agent:
Autogenic Labs LLCAttn: Copyright Manager (DMCA Agent)

Dover, DE 19901
Phone: (628) 333-3066
Email: dmca@autogeniclabs.com
If your photo was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notification to the same address with your signature, the material and where it appeared, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or the District of Delaware if you are outside the United States). We disable the accounts of repeat infringers. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may make you liable for damages under section 512(f) of the DMCA.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that any photo will be available for any length of time, that full quality files or edits will arrive by any date or at all, or that any email or text message will be delivered. Photos are shared at the photographer's discretion; we make no promise about which photos you will receive or how they are edited.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autogenic Labs and the photographer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or photos, arising from or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autogenic Labs LLC, its officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, any content you provide or publish, your use of the photos outside the license in section 5, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, and, if you are a photographer, the photos you upload and your conduct toward the people in them.
18. Arbitration and class action waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights.
Informal resolution. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to email support@streetkit.app with a description of the problem and what you want, and we agree to do the same to you. If we have not resolved it within 30 days of that notice, either of us may proceed as set out below.
Arbitration. Any dispute, claim or controversy between you and Autogenic Labs arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, including its formation, validity or interpretation, will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitrator may award the same remedies a court could award to you individually. The arbitration will take place by telephone, video or written submissions unless you ask for an in-person hearing, in which case it will be held in Delaware or in the county where you live, at your choice. Fees are allocated under the AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead. Either of us may seek an injunction in court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property or the service.
No class actions. You and Autogenic Labs each agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will be decided by a court in Delaware and not in arbitration, and the rest of this section still applies.
Opting out. You can opt out of this arbitration section by emailing support@streetkit.app within 30 days of the first day you used the service, with your name, the email address or mobile number you left with us if any, and the words "arbitration opt-out". Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
Time limit. Any claim must be started within one year after it arose, or it is permanently barred, to the extent the law allows.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs section 18. For any claim that is not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
20. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service, or any group or photo on it, at any time, and may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections 5, 10, 12 and 15 to 19.
21. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Autogenic Labs about the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction, including to a successor of the service.
