Privacy Policy
Effective 16 October 2026 · Version 5
1. Who we are
StreetKit is operated by Autogenic Labs LLC ("Autogenic Labs", "we", "us" or "our"), 8 The Green #10484, Dover, DE 19901, USA. This policy covers the StreetKit app, the photo pages that guests open, and the website at streetkit.app. It explains what information the service collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. Your use of the service is governed by the Terms of Service.
Photographers upload the photos and decide who gets a code. For the photos themselves, the photographer decides what is shared; we host them on the photographer's behalf. For the operation of the service and the information we collect, Autogenic Labs is responsible. Once your contact details are shared with a photographer, the photographer is responsible for how they use them (see section 6).
2. What we collect
Photos
The photographer's app uploads each photo as a small preview and then as the full file, with the file name, the time it was taken and the technical information the camera stored inside the file (such as camera model and exposure settings). Photos may contain your likeness. The photographer's name, profile photo and social media handles are shown next to their groups.
Groups and codes
Which groups your browser has opened, when, and through which code.
Cookies and similar technologies
When you first open a code, the service sets a cookie with a random identifier so the page knows which groups to show you. It lasts two years and is not readable by scripts. Clearing your browser data removes it, and the page forgets your groups until you open a code again. The analytics and advertising tools described in section 4 may also set cookies or use similar technologies.
Contact details you choose to leave
Your email address, your name and your mobile number, if you type them in, and when you did. If you continue with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, your verified email address and your name from Google.
The waitlist on streetkit.app
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the time you joined, which form on the page you used, and truncated SHA-256 digests of your connection address and of your browser type, which we use to prevent abuse of the list.
Information collected automatically
Your IP address, device and browser information, the pages and files you request and the time of each request, collected to operate and secure the service. The tools described in section 4 also collect usage information such as the pages you visit and the actions you take on them.
3. How we use it
- to show you the photos from your groups and let you download them;
- to tell you, by email or text message, when full quality photos and edits in your groups are ready;
- to email you about StreetKit, including when the app is available, if you joined the waitlist;
- to share your contact details with the photographer who took your photos, as described in section 6;
- to provide, operate, secure, maintain and improve the service, and to respond to removal requests and support questions;
- to measure, understand and improve how our website, photo pages and app perform;
- to measure and attribute the effectiveness of our advertising, as described in section 4;
- to detect, prevent and address security incidents, fraud and abuse; and
- to comply with the law and enforce our agreements.
4. Analytics and advertising technology
We use, or may use, analytics and advertising tools on our website, photo pages and app, including:
- PostHog for product and website analytics and error monitoring, including page views, click events, session replays and IP address.
- Google Analytics for web analytics and advertising measurement.
- Meta Pixel, which sends page-view and sign-up events to Meta to support advertising measurement, retargeting and the creation of similar audiences, and sets cookies used to attribute sign-ups to ads.
- TikTok Pixel, which sends page-view and sign-up events to TikTok for the same purposes and sets cookies for the same attribution.
When you join the waitlist or create an account, we may send a hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address, with your IP address and browser information, to Meta (Conversions API), TikTok (Events API) and Google (Enhanced Conversions), so those platforms can measure and attribute the sign-up to an ad you may have seen. We share only hashed identifiers for this purpose, never your plaintext email address, and we do not share your mobile number for this purpose.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal; when your browser sends it, advertising tools do not load and sign-up events are not sent. You can also opt out at any time by emailing support@streetkit.app.
5. Email and text messages
Text messages are sent only about the photos in your groups. If you add your mobile number you consent to automated text messages about those photos from StreetKit, sent by Autogenic Labs on the photographer's behalf; message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or remove your number on your StreetKit page. Reply HELP, or email support@streetkit.app, for help. Every email tells you how to stop further emails. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.
6. Who sees your information
- The photographer who took the photos receives the name and email address you leave, and your mobile number if you add one, with the group you are in. The photographer is an independent person or business, not Autogenic Labs, and is not our agent or service provider. Once shared, the photographer's use of your name and email address is governed by the photographer's own privacy practices, not this policy, and may include contacting you about your photos or about their other work, services or offers, or adding you to their own mailing lists. We do not control, and are not responsible for, how a photographer uses, stores or shares your information. To stop a photographer's emails, use the unsubscribe option in their message or contact the photographer directly. Deleting your details from StreetKit does not remove copies the photographer already has. Photographers may not use your mobile number for marketing (see section 5).
- Other guests who open the same code see the photos in that group, and not your contact details.
- Service providers that help us run the service, only as needed for their function: Cloudflare (hosting, file storage and databases), Google (sign-in, analytics and advertising measurement), PostHog (analytics and error monitoring), Meta and TikTok (advertising measurement and attribution, hashed data only), and the email and text message delivery providers we use to send notifications.
- The law. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Autogenic Labs, photographers, guests or the public.
- A successor. If Autogenic Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Our use of analytics and advertising tools that share data with Google, Meta or TikTok may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out by sending the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser or by emailing support@streetkit.app.
7. How long we keep it
- Photos stay on the service as long as the photographer keeps the group. When the photographer deletes a photo or a group, or we remove a photo at your request, the preview and the full file are deleted from our storage, and backups are overwritten in the normal course.
- Contact details, group memberships, waitlist addresses and other personal information are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, and afterward only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, or until you ask us to delete them.
8. Removing a photo or your details
To have a photo of you taken off the service, email support@streetkit.app with the link to the photo or group, or ask the photographer (see the Terms, section 7). To delete your contact details, your group memberships, your cookie record or your waitlist address, email the same address, or use the unsubscribe link in any waitlist email. We may ask you to confirm that you are the person in the photo or the owner of the email address or number.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing, including the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email support@streetkit.app. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for storing the photos and your group memberships is the photographer's and our legitimate interest in delivering the photos to the people in them; for your contact details, messages, analytics and advertising it is your consent where the law requires it, which you can withdraw at any time, and our legitimate interests otherwise.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. Photos are reachable only through a valid code or a browser that has opened one. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
The service is not directed to anyone under 18. Anyone with a code may view the photos in that group, but you must be at least 18 to leave your contact details or join the waitlist. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, email us and we will delete it. A parent or guardian may ask for a photo of their child to be removed under section 8.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
